Effective exercises

Put fingers on the upper eyelids so that they don’t move. While keeping your fingers there, try to close your eyes by moving only the lower eyelids. Then open your eyes wide. Only your lower eyelids supposed to move when you do this.

Do this exercise for 10 times. Be careful not to put too much pressure on the upper eyelids. It’s also important to moisturize the skin under your eyes before doing this exercise.
